GOT GRANTS?
Does your foundation give them? Did your nonprofit or company receive one?
How do grantors and grantees prove the benefit of a coveted grant? How was it used to fulfill a mission or worthwhile project? How do you document that?
The most powerful way to validate the value of any grant is with a compelling storytelling video. A well-produced story video is the effective way to prove the impact your grant made in the community.
Here’s an example of a compelling storytelling mini-documentary about grants: We created this one for the Community Charitable Funding Grant. They awarded grants to 20 nonprofits last year who submitted proposed projects beneficial to designated sections of Pompano Beach.
We featured five very different grant projects in the video. We aimed to bring each project to light–to enlighten viewers about how each grant project was important to a segment of the community and the appreciation for it.
This is an awesome video. Thank you so much for bringing the projects to life.

Compelling Story Videos Bring Grant Projects to Life
Through visuals, sound and narrative a video can bring to life the challenges faced by the communities served, the solutions provided by the nonprofit and the positive outcomes achieved with the help of the grants received.
Human Connection:
As you can see in the mini-doc, a video enables nonprofits to showcase the real people behind their projects, including beneficiaries, volunteers, staff, and supporters. By putting faces to the stories, video helps create a human connection that resonates with viewers and emphasizes the significance of the grants in improving lives and communities.
Visual Evidence:
A well-produced video can provide visual evidence of the tangible results and achievements made possible by the grants: footage of a community development project, testimonials from beneficiaries, or before-and-after scenes showcasing progress. Video offers concrete proof of the impact generated through grant funding.
Engagement and Outreach:
Want to reach a wide audience across social media channels? Video is the answer. By creating compelling video content, nonprofits can effectively communicate the value of the grants they receive to donors, supporters, stakeholders, and the general public, thereby expanding their reach and influence.
Bottom Line:
Video serves as a dynamic and versatile tool for grantors and grantees to effectively communicate the value of their grants. It’s the medium that can foster understanding, support, interest and engagement among shared audiences.

CONSTRUCTION VIDEOS AND PHOTOGRPAHY
Next week will mark the 88th continuous week that our company has been documenting construction progress for The Cordish Companies of the roadways being built for a new 223-acre development in Pompano Beach. We have been taking drone shots and ground level road stills at positions on the site.
Called “The Pomp” (located on the former Pompano Beach Racetrack and next to Harrah’s), the multi-use real estate/entertainment/lifestyle development in conjunction with Caesars Entertainment will be one of the largest world-class destinations of its kind in South Florida when completed.
The road progress from an open field of dirt, sand and overgrowth to last week 86 is impressive.

And we produced another photo album for the Pompano Beach Chamber’s Board and Trustee Luncheon at the Oceanic at the Pier. Enjoy the photos HERE.
